"Support seems hit or miss"
I reached out asking for help and then basically heard nothing for days. Maybe they’re good when you actually get a response, but my experience was definitely hit or miss, and this time it was a miss.

"Fixed eventually, but I’m not totally convinced"
I had an issue and it took longer than I expected to get a response. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, so I can’t complain too much. Still, the whole process felt slow, and it did make me wonder a bit about the overall quality and reliability

I grabbed a box of their cereal recently, it tasted stale and just weird even though it was brand new. I don’t know if they changed the recipe or what, but I couldn’t even finish one bowl. It was THAT bad.

"Box showed up beat up"
The box arrived all smashed and looked like it had been through a lot. Not really sure what happened there, but the packaging wasn’t great at all.

"Pretty consistent for the most part"
I’ve bought this a few times now, and maybe it’s just me, but the quality has been pretty much the same each time. No big complaints there. Shipping is a little hit or miss though—sometimes it shows up quickly, and other times it takes longer than I expected.

"Way too much plastic"
The amount of plastic packaging was kind of ridiculous. Companies always have some polished wording about being “thoughtful” or “sustainable,” but then you open the box and it’s just plastic everywhere. It felt really wasteful.

"Couldn’t get the coupons to work"
I tried using a promo code from postholdings.com, but it just kept telling me it wasn’t valid. I checked the expiration date and made sure the items matched, so I didn’t see no obvious reason why it wouldn’t go through. it felt like a waste of time. Wasn’t a great coupon experience for me.

"Not sure I can keep buying from them"
I don’t feel great buying from Post Holdings anymore. Their brands seem kind of scattered, and I never really get a clear sense of what the company actually stands for, which makes it hard for me to trust them.
Maybe other people don’t care about that, but it matters to me. If they don’t start being more open and consistent, I’ll probably just take my money somewhere else

"Not sure I’ll keep buying these"
I picked up a box recently, and I’ve got mixed feelings. I still like the product overall, but the portions seem way smaller than they used to be. It’s the same price, but now it barely feels like enough for one decent bowl. Maybe I’m just noticing it more this time, but it feels like they quietly shrunk everything. Kind of disappointing.

"Decent prices, but a little hit or miss"
The prices are generally fair, but a few things feel a bit overpriced for what you’re actually getting. It’s not bad or anything, I just wish the pricing was a little more consistent across the board.

"Quality Was a Bit Disappointing"
I expected a little better given the price. The product tasted somewhat stale, and the texture felt off, almost like it had been sitting around for too long. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t purchase it again unless the overall quality improves.

"Limited options and too much verification"
I was expecting a lot more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. It seemed like the same type of products kept popping up, and nothing really stood out. On top of that, having to go through verification more than once was just annoying and made the whole experience feel like a hassle. Kind of disappointing overall, especially if you’re someone who likes having plenty of options. I probably wouldn’t bother again.

"Not feeling great about buying again"
I had a unsettling experience with a Post product. To be fair, it could’ve just been a one-off issue, but the packaging looked a little off and the food itself didn’t seem right, so I didn’t feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away. I reached out to customer support, but the response felt really generic and didn’t do much to reassure me. With food, I just expect a higher level of care, so I’m hesitant to buy from them again

Maybe it’s just me, but the product info didn’t really line up with what I actually received. It was a bit annoying because I was expecting something closer to the description.

I wanted to like it, but most of the stuff just feels processed and not great if you’re trying to eat healthier. I usually trust my gut with food, and this one didn’t really give me the best feeling.
